March is officially Women’s History Month. But at the AIC, art lovers have access throughout the year to paintings and sculptures by women artists. The museum is home to Still Life with a Basket of Fruit and a Bunch of Asparagus, a 1630 painting by French artist Louise Moillon. This artwork is reproduced on an Art Herstory note card. Be sure to visit the original in Gallery 209.
